What Does SOS Do?

Just a quick note to let you know what we are doing to improve our value to you, our customer:

.After years of research, we are investing in system upgrades that will help us to provide you with better financial and system information as we serve your needs.
.All our service personnel are provided company uniforms to clearly identify their and our names. You know who is on your property.
.All our service vehicles are labeled with our company name to also clearly identify us.
.We leave a copy of the completed report at your front door. You know when we have been there, and you know what we found.
.We are now performing local, state and federal background checks on all new field personnel. You know the person on your property has been investigated.
.We provide workers compensation insurance on our field personnel. If one of our people gets injured on your property, they do not file against your homeowner's policy.
.Our inspection reports now provide you with more and better information than is required by the minimum standards of the State or your Local Agency.
.We helped write, and are sending our personnel to, the TOWA Certified Maintenance Provider program. Our personnel are among the very best trained in the industry.
.We offer a wide selection of system upgrades that can often reduce the frustrations some folks are having with their systems.
.A ½ hour on-site “Septic 101” class is available to all new Inspection Agreement customers. This is where you can ask questions, and learn about your system.
.We are active in the Texas On-Site Wastewater Association (TOWA), working to improve services and products delivered in the market.
.We are seeking and researching products and services that can respond to the needs of homeowners – even though they may exceed the minimum requirements and regulations.
.We speak with realtors, builders, designers, installers, and regulators to help them to understand that, as once stated by a State employee, “The minimum standards are the worst you can legally do.” Many times, however, the homeowner would like more.
.We provide meetings with homeowners associations or groups to educate, inform, and look for ways to improve homeowner satisfaction.
